Vila Epic

Vila Epic is a rehabilitation project of a holiday home originally built 19 years ago, now fully transformed through an extensive modernization process. Our team managed the entire coordination of the project, taking full responsibility for strategic planning, work phase organization, execution supervision, and resource optimization.

We implemented a project management approach focused on transparency, efficiency, and strict control over each stage of execution. This included supplier evaluation and selection through comparative offers, negotiation of subcontractor agreements, continuous budget monitoring, and risk management.

The project spanned approximately two and a half years, during which we maintained a well-structured execution schedule and ensured consistent communication between all stakeholders involved.

The villa is now equipped with modern technological infrastructure, allowing the owner to remotely manage all essential systems – including heating, smart thermostats, video surveillance cameras, internet connectivity, and outdoor lighting. As such, the project represents not only a physical renovation of the property, but also the seamless integration of smart home solutions into its updated architecture.
